Giorni Winery is located among the gentle hills of Cerreto (a Medici territory) that has always been dedicated to wine and hunting.
It comprises 20 hectares of vineyards and 3 olive groves and has been managed by the Giorni family for three generations.
Over the years, the family company has always been in step with technological innovations, but at the same time careful not to distort its wines linked to the Tuscan tradition.
The grapes taken care of by the owners are harvested by hand and vinified in their own cellar under the supervision of specialized collaborators (agronomist and oenologist).
The vinification is carried out under continuous chemical analysis and constant temperature control. Nothing is left to chance, thus managing to maximize the different qualities of grapes that the company produces.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Weinverkostung ohne Anmeldung. Die Weine waren allesamt lecker und wir durften nach unseren Wünschen probieren. Auch der Käse und Schinken war vorzüglich. Es war eine super schöne Erfahrung, die wir jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank Victoria für dem schönen abend!

We were at a wine tasting in the vineyard that is owned by a lovely family. We tasted about 5 or 6 different kinds of wines. The staff/family was really nice and they informed us about the wine. They served bread, sausage and cheese.
It was a really nice experience and the wine tasted amazing and it was at a great price.
We were 7 people and they set up a table just for us which was really nice!

If you will go to Tuscany, you should not miss to have a wine tasting here and of course to buy their wines. I was amazed how delicious their wines is, specifically the 100% San Giovese and the Chianti.

We showed up unannounced and were welcomed by the very knowledgeable and competent third generation of winemakers, Victoria. She arranged a winetasting with cheeses, crudo and salami made by the her grand father who started the wine production in 1966. We tasted six different wines and they all tasted fantastic and we bought four of the wines and hope we dont regret not buying more.

Opa, zoon en kleindochter ontmoet. Opa heeft alles opgestart, de zoon runt nu het bedrijf en kleindochter organiseert de wijn proeverij. Ontzettend leuke middag achter de rug en heerlijke wijnen, kazen en opa’s zelfgemaakte worst geproeft. Een aanrader als je van wijn houdt!!

Sehr leckere und hochwertige Weine, zu absolut bezahlbaren Preisen. Ohne vorhandenen Termin wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und die Tochter (sprach Englisch) führte uns zusammen mit ihrer Oma durch das Tasting, bei dem wir alle Weine und das Olivenöl probieren durften. Den Chianti empfanden wir persönlich besonders gut, für uns war es der Beste unserer bisherigen Proben. Sowohl der Geschmack aller Weine, als auch die Optik (Gestaltung der Flaschen) und der Service haben uns voll und ganz überzeugt. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder!

Sind einer Empfehlung von Jerry – La Cicceria gefolgt. Wollten Wein probieren und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Empfangen wurden wir vom Besitzer und seiner Nichte / Neffen. In Englisch und unserem

We had a great wine tasting with beautiful wines and delicious snacks. Vittoria was very well informed and talked us through the history of the vineyard and wines with enthousiasm and pride. She did so in English which was very much appreciated.
