We merged together a Winery and a Distillery to reinterpret an extremely traditional product, wine, creating unconventional Tuscan products, such as Gin, Vodka, Vermouth and every other category of Wine and Spirit that could challenge our Master Distiller.

CLASSIC DISTILLERY – € 35pp
The distillery tour opens with a surprise welcome drink and an introduction to our own production philosophy and to the distillation process beside our pot still.
The experience will then continue with a guided tasting of three of our products to be chosen from two types of Gin, two types of Vermouth, one Bitter and one Vodka.
WHISKY EXPERIENCE – € 60pp
As a result of our latest project, Florentis, we create an experience uniquely dedicated to the world of Whisky.
The distillery tour opens with an introduction to our own production philosophy and to the distillation process beside our pot still.
The experience will then continue with a guided tasting of our two whiskies, Super Tuscan Cask and Vin Santo Cask.
DISTILLERY ALL IN – € 90pp
The outstanding combination of two of our production through a common thread that is our passion and commitment for the spirits world.
Together with Bacco, our pot still and best ally, we release two different expressions od distillation, Winestillery, for our gin and our vodka and Florentis, our personal interpretation of whisky.

The experience will then continue with a guided tasting of four spirits and two whisky.
OUR CHIANTI CLASSICO VISION – € 30pp
A deep introduction to the world of Chianti Classico, from the legends that have been handed down over the centuries to our contemporaneous and personal vision which is strongly linked to a marked terroir identity.
The wine cellar, which is under renovation, is not available for visits now. The whole experience is designed around a detailed description of our production philosophy and winemaking process.
The tour goes on with the tasting of two Chianti Classico.
ANFORA – € 30pp
We will take you on a journey through the result of a project in which we pioneered new forms of winemaking and ageing, using terracotta amphorae from Impruneta and typical local grape varieties.
The wine cellar, which is under renovation, is not available for visits now.
The whole experience is designed around a detailed description of our production philosophy and winemaking process, with a focus on the terracotta amphorae from Impruneta, a small town just a few kilometres far from us, celebrated for the ancient production of terracotta handmade objects. The experience goes on with the tasting of wines produced using amphorae.

Ho fatto un tour eccezionale e una degustazione dei loro deliziosi vini e dei loro liquori. Famiglia super lungimirante con la loro distilleria toscana. I vini erano superiori alla maggior parte dei vini che abbiamo apprezzato durante i nostri sette viaggi nella regione.
Alla fine il nostro tempo si è concluso con un ampio acquisto che porterà ancora più ricordi quando apriremo le nostre bottiglie.
EN translation: Had an excepting tour and tasting of their delectable wines as well as their spirits. Super forward thinking family with their Tuscan distillery. The wines were superior to most of the wines we have enjoyed during our seven trips to the region. Ultimately our time concluded with a broad purchase which will lead to even more memories when we pop open our bottles.
