ENRICO’S ATELIER AT THE GATEWAY TO CHIANTI CLASSICO.
It is not a large company in Chianti, but a small family-run business, a true wine atelier of the highest quality.
From this plot of land come bottles of Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Gran Selezione, Refosco, sparkling wine, and IGT Toscana wines and Extra virgin olive oil that amaze and captivate the senses.
Three vineyards, separated from each other by an olive grove and a forest, are treated like jewels, each with its own specific production purpose.
Each row of the LA FARFALLA vineyard is harvested and vinified individually, resulting in over 20 barrels of wines originating from the same mother vineyard but with different and unique nuances for each single barrel.
We offer sensory wine tasting experiences, starting with a tour of the vineyard and leading to the tasting of the wines, accompanied by a detailed explanation of the various production stages, both on the agricultural side and in the winery.
Guests are guided through this experience directly by the owner, Count Enrico Giovanni Bajmacario, the second-born son, who has twenty years of experience in the wine sector.

Donna Giulia Chianti Classico, IGT Toscana Red Barrel 69, IGT Toscana Red Barrel 3, IGT Rosè
The estate has a capacity of 40 people with dedicated tasting areas.
We are located in Strada in Chianti, 30 minutes from Florence and 15 minutes from Greve in Chianti.
It includes 16 hectares of land with vineyards, olive trees, and woods.
The crops are grown using eco-sustainable agriculture, respecting the environment.
